Andy's Answer: Growth spurts occur throughout puberty. Girls can still be growing until they are 17 or 18 years old and boys often don't stop growing until they are 21 or 22 years old. Most girls are pretty much at their full height by the time they are 13 or 14, but it's not uncommon to slowly add on another inch over the years. Boys will generally be pretty close to their full height by age 18, but it's also not uncommon to add on another inch or two after that.
