ANDY'S ANSWER: I have heard of menopausal women getting itchy due to the hormone changes, but not someone going through puberty. If this is a first time occurrence, it is possible you are having an allergic reaction to something else totally unrelated to your period.I have nothing to suggest except to see a doctor.
