ANDY'S ANSWER:  Your breasts will grow in their own good time. Even if your mother & sister developed faster than you are, there is nothing wrong with you. You have only just started puberty and I suspect that your breasts ARE growing... it's just slower than you think should happen. Try to be patient. The size of your breasts has nothing to do with the kind of person you are or are going to be. There's a lot of other, more important things that you do have control over in developing in order to become a adult.
