ANDY'S ANSWER: There are no rules as to how big or how fast your breasts will grow as you are going through puberty. You are healthy and things appear to be progressing normally. Your breasts are most likely growing as well, but maybe slower than you think they should be. There's nothing to be worried about. They will grow at the rate that nature wants them to grow.
