ANDY'S ANSWER: Yes. Human bodies come in all different configurations and it's not in the least abnormal for either your labia majora or your labia minora (outer and inner vaginal lips) to be different sizes from one another.

As a matter of fact, most people have at least small size differences in their body parts.
